Overview
You can prompt your customers to spend points at checkout via our point redemption widgets: rewards dropdown and variable reward point redemption widget.
These widgets at checkout are currently available only for Shopify Plus users.
How to customize the rewards dropdown widget for Shopify Plus checkout
To customize how the widget will look like, navigate to Display -> Checkout Extensions in your Lootly account and you'll land in the editor page for this widget:
You can change the text in the available fields and then click Save.
How to enable the checkout widgets in Shopify Plus
To show these point redemption widgets on the checkout page in Shopify Plus:
Navigate to Online Store from your main Shopify Plus dashboard menu -> click view online store
2. Next, click to edit the theme:
3. In the editor, select the Checkout page from the top selection and then click the App embeds option:
4. In the app block, you'll see 3 app embeds:
redeem points - this widget works for all reward types except the variable reward
variable points - this is a point redemption widget and works with variable reward setup only
referral overlay - this is the referral popup which is deployed on the Thank you page
Click the + btn next to the embed you wish to enable - in the preview you will see how it will look in your store.
Save your changes.
