Lootly doesn't translate your program automatically, and there is no language setting. Instead, you can change every text your customers see, so you can run your program in any language.
Where to change the texts
Widget: Display > Widget > Edit, for both the logged-out and the logged-in view (including the affiliate Financials page labels).
Referral popup: Display > Referral Popup.
Rewards page: Display > Reward Page > edit your page.
Nudges: Display > Nudges.
Email notifications: Display > Email Notifications.
Affiliate registration page: Display > Affiliate Registration Page.
Affiliate offer texts (commission, customer reward, offer type): Affiliates > Commission Offers > edit the offer > Design.
Points and referral rewards: each earning action, spending reward and referral reward has its own texts (its name or Reward Text, and its Reward Email Text).
VIP tiers: VIP > Tiers, edit a tier.
Checkout extensions (Shopify): Display > Checkout Extensions.
The name of your points: see Naming your points currency.
Tips
- Most empty fields show the English default in grey, so you can see what each one says and what to translate.
- Use the tags (for example `{commission-value}` or `{coupon-value}`) to show just the amount, and write the words around it in your own language.
- When you set a minimum order on a reward, Lootly adds "for orders over ..." only to the default English text. Your own text stays as you wrote it.
The Lootly admin itself is in English.
