Since your loyalty program is seen by both visitors and customers, it's important to ensure everything is consistent with your brand, such as design and naming. This helps to ensure your program stands out. 

To change the word "Points" , click on:  Points > Settings in your Lootly account. 

Next, enter in both the Singular & Plural version of your new points branding.

Once you click Save, your on-site Widget will automatically update to the reflect the new name.
