How to unsubscribe a customer from loyalty program emails

How customers can unsubscribe from your loyalty program’s emails.

Overview

As members of your loyalty program, your customers receive emails that notify them when they earn points, when they’re eligible for rewards, when they obtain a VIP tier etc. If they want to unsubscribe from receiving these emails, this can be done in 2 ways - explained in detail in this guide.


Unsubscribing method 1: Customers can unsubscribe using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any program email:


Unsubscribing method 2: Merchant can unsubscribe customer within Lootly

As a merchant, you can manually unsubscribe a customer from your program emails:

  1. Go to Customers

  2. Click on customer profile

  3. Click Unsubscribe
