Create targeted email marketing campaigns in your Cinch marketing enablement tool based on customers’ loyalty data like points balance, VIP membership or unique referral URL.
Follow this guide to integrate Lootly with Cinch.io and learn how the integration works.
Step 1: Create data fields in Cinch
The first step to this integration is to create the data fields in your Cinch account so they can be populated with the loyalty data points for your customers.
To do this:
Login to your Cinch account
Click Assets -> Data Fields
Click Add new
Add the following 3 fields names/values:
Points
VIP Tier
Referral URL
Once done, save any changes and you’re done on the Cinch side.
Step 2: Connect Lootly to Cinch
Next step is to connect your Lootly account to your Cinch account.
To do this:
Login into your Lootly account;
Go to Integrations -> Overview -> choose Cinch from the list
Click Connect and follow the instructions
Enter the required credentials (your Cinch account email and password)
Make sure the integration is enabled
Save your changes
How the integration works
Now that Lootly is connected to your Cinch account, it will push customer loyalty data points into the customer profiles in Cinch:
Point balance
Vip tier
Birthday
Referral url
Please note that simply connecting Cinch will not automatically update every customer at the point of connection.
It will only update the next time their balance changes.
The change triggers the sync.
