Overview

As members of your loyalty program, your customers receive emails that notify them when they earn points, when they’re eligible for rewards, when they obtain a VIP tier etc. If they want to unsubscribe from receiving these emails, that can be done in 2 ways - explained in detail in this guide.


Unsubscribing method 1: Customers can unsubscribe using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any program email:


Unsubscribing method 2: Merchant can unsubscribe customer within Lootly

As a merchant, you can manually unsubscribe a customer from your program emails:

  1. Go to Customers
  2. Click on customer profile
  3. Click Unsubscribe
