Overview
You may want to offer a specific reward which can be applied only to a specific product or collection at your store.
The reasons for this can be different; boost sales for a particular product; promote a new collection, sell a product faster and so on.
If you’re running your store on Shopify, you can achieve this by following the steps in this guide.
Note: this guide is intended for Shopify merchants only.
Step 1: Create an automated collection in Shopify
You can follow their guide on how to do this.
You should set a condition:
“products must match: all conditions”
“product title: is not equal to = Product Name"
This will automatically add all products except the ones indicated in the restrictions example. You can add multiple ones if you like.
Step 2: Set the condition in Lootly
Within Lootly , under collection restrictions set “equals” or “has any of” and select the new collection that was just created.
Customers can now obtain a coupon code and that code will only work if applied on the products that are not restricted to that collection.
