Types of email notifications in the affiliate program
There are several notifications that Lootly sends out to affiliates in the affiliate flow:
Approved affiliate application
Pending affiliate
Denied affiliate
Approved order
Pending order
Denied order
PayPal payment sent
Gift Card payment sent
Manual credit commission
You can access the notifications templates in Affiliates -> Display -> Email Notifications -> scroll to the bottom of the screen in the Affiliate section.
Customization options of the email notifications
The above email notifications can be customized to fit your communications branding and overall design guidelines.
Once you open the notifications page -> click on the template you wish to edit:
Here you can edit:
The subject line
The body of the email - you have an html editor as well, for deploying custom design.
The button text
The button color
The button url
Save your changes.
On the right side you can see a preview of your email.
You can also configure your notifications to be sent out from your own domain.
